Address Verification Before Shipping:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is crucial to provide an accurate address during checkout. If you find the need to claim or correct an address before your order ships, we reserve the right to briefly hold the order. This is done to confirm the correctness of the address and prevent any potential complications.
Please be aware that while we emphasize the importance of confirming your correct address before checking out, we do not take address changes lightly. We kindly request your understanding in this matter. However, we are committed to providing excellent service, and once the address is confirmed, we will gladly proceed to ship the unit without further delays. Your cooperation in ensuring accurate address details is highly appreciated.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Niycole's Hour adheres to a strict policy on refunds and exchanges. We take responsibility only for errors originating from our end. Any such instances should be reported promptly through our customer service email at info@niycoleshour.com for swift resolution.
At NH we are dedicated to crafting beautiful custom wig units tailored to your desires. However, please note the following:
Color Matching Disclaimer: While we strive to achieve the closest match to the colors and designs provided, we cannot guarantee that every custom color or unit will be an exact replica of the images submitted. Variations may occur due to different hair textures, lighting, and dye absorption.
Delivery Commitment:
We are committed to delivering orders within a maximum timeframe of 14 - 21 business days during non-sale periods & 21-40 business days during sales, considering the high demand for our products. By consenting to this policy, you waive the right to dispute charges through credit/debit card networks if the order adheres to our stated processing and shipping times.
Alternative Arrangements:
If you do not agree with these terms, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Sales Processing Time:
During sales, processing times are automatically extended due to increased order volumes. Custom unit bookings may have a different processing time, usually 10-40 business days.
Email Policy/ Hour of Operation:
Expect an email reply within 1-2 business days during our operating hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding holidays.
Wig Exchanges and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 48 hours from the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will only be accepted through the label sent by Niycole’s Hour. This does NOT include custom units.
Restocking Fee:
Exchanges and returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. If any payment plans, such as Shop Pay, Klarna, etc., were used, an additional 10% will be included in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
Measurement Responsibility:
Ensure accurate measurements for services. Incorrect measurements leading to ill-fitting wigs are not our responsibility. Watch YouTube videos for visual guidance.
Refund Policy for Wig Classes:
Wig classes have a final sale policy. No refunds for any class deposits under any circumstances.
Digital Content Policy:
Allow 48 hours for digital content processing. Refunds are not available for digital products. Please refrain from sharing copyrighted content.
Disclaimers:
Custom-colored units may have slight variations. Niycole's Hour is not responsible for units not fitting properly due to incorrect cap size selection. Please refer to our chart.
